After graduating from Texas Tech University in 2003, Matt joined Lee Lewis Construction, Inc. In 2010, with the support of Mr. Lewis, Matt planted his roots in Austin and opened the first Lee Lewis Construction Office in Central Texas. While with Lee Lewis Construction, he was instrumental in growth of the Austin office, the management of diverse client needs for multiple projects with responsibility for maintaining client relations, meeting overall project scope, quality, performance, and profitability.
In 2014, guided by his passion for real estate, he obtained his real estate license. Over the years he has learned to navigate the ever-changing Austin residential housing market and found a special love for luxury homes and client relationships.
His two passions collided in 2021 when he met Reece McIver to discuss a business proposition. Utilizing his vast experience in construction and leveraging his knowledge of the Austin luxury market needs, Matt found a unique opportunity to partner with a builder who shared in the same relentless work ethic, passion, integrity, and who understood the importance of relationships.
His involvement and investment in the Austin community, work ethic, and drive to deliver the highest level of quality and professionalism to each of his customers, has proven to be the key to his success in the construction industry. Matt finds incomparable fulfillment in making his clients happy.

He enjoys spending time with his wife Meredith, daughter Lennon, and sons Lincoln & Ladd, but also enjoys, golfing, cycling, running, and hunting in his free time
