Prior to joining the custom home industry, Shawn was a Senior Superintendent for a high-end production company, Taylor Morrison. During his tenure with Taylor Morrison Shawn not only helped develop a 364-home community in southeast Austin but he also received several company awards: Construction Manager of the Quarter for Q3 in 2017, Construction Manager of Quarter for Q3 in 2019, Construction Manager of Year in 2019, Highest 30-Day Customer Satisfaction for Q4 in 2020 and the Iron Man award for Q4 in 2020.
Shawn graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2015 where he majored in Real Estate Finance and Development with a minor in Construction Management.
Shawn and his wife live in Austin where they enjoy walking the trails, playing golf, and hitting the gym.
